Bandcamp waiving music sale fees Friday; proceeds go directly to artists

Bandcamp.com is waiving its revenue share on all music and most merch sales Friday, March 20, until midnight.

Today’s up-and-coming musicians need your help. With tours and gigs falling away under the coronavirus threat, Chicago-area artists are finding a revenue stream drying up.

To assist them, online music store Bandcamp.com is waiving its revenue share on all music and most merch sales Friday, March 20, until midnight: 100% of the proceeds from your music purchase will directly support the artists.

Fans can also leave tips or pay more than the listed price for purchases.
