Sound check: Baconstock bash with 13-Monsters
Hungry, thirsty and craving good music? Check out Baconstock 2018 at Romeoville’s Metal Monkey Brewing for a full day of tunes, food trucks and tasty beverages. Kings Rising in Naperville
The Woodridge-based hard rock band The Kings Rising — Jarred Mason, James Lippert, Ryan Mason and Josh Fritschle — has been hard at work on its third album. In the meantime, catch the Kings when they play Naperville’s White Tavern Saturday. The blues-influenced rockers will be joined for a night of edgy tunes by Lisle fuzz-rockers SKYD and Downers Grove’s The Roaches. 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 22, at White Tavern, 423 E.
